Antique Wind Generators - Western Canada

A page to connect people interested antique wind power equipment. Wincharger, Parris Dunn, Jacobs, Win Power etc.
Western Canada focused but all are welcome.

I live in Clearwater BC and have 3 Winpowers, 2 Jacobs, 2 Winchargers and 2 Chinese redesigns on my garage floor. All but two are rebuilt. Lousy wind here, unfortunately.

I collected several early wind chargers, primarily Jacobs, and other 32 volt equipment around Medicine Hat in the late 1970's. I photographed many farms in the area with wind chargers that i acquired. I'm willing to share photos if interested.

Hi Craig, I'd love to see your photos.  It's getting very rare to find a wind generator still on it's original farm.  There's a couple of options for sharing.  You could post here but the new forum is much easier for uploading or you can send them to me and I could create a webpage within wincharger.com for them.  Instagram is another option if you're willing to join a social media.
