Hi I am Cronje from South Africa and bought a peace of a wincharger from our local scrap dealer, it was just the generator and tail and vane,I borrowed a sample of a governor from a guy and build me one and I bought a top peace of the tower from a local farmer,my wincharger is a model 39 6 volt, I need some measurements for my blade so I can make one hope someone can help me with it,thanks so far

The basic dimensions for the 6V Wincharger props are 72" X 3.5" X 0.8".  You just need to put a airfoil shape in the cross section at about a 7 degree pitch.  When standing in front and facing the wind gen, it rotates clockwise.  There is more info on making props on the link below.  I use an NC router but its not necessary if you're good with wood.  Please post some pictures of your wincharger when you have it finished.  Good luck.
